What this boat is
The Majesty 145 is a semi-custom, semi-displacement motor yacht combining accommodation for 12 guests with extensive outdoor living areas and long-distance cruising capability. Built by Gulf Craft with interior and exterior design by Cristiano Gatto Design, it suits owners seeking six guest cabins, professionally crewed operation and water-level leisure facilities within a 45.25-metre composite yacht.
The model in detail
The Majesty 145 joined Gulf Craft’s superyacht collection with the launch of its first hull in April 2026, following the model’s unveiling and first sale at the Dubai International Boat Show in February 2025. Construction takes place in Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates. Cristiano Gatto Design developed the exterior and interiors in cooperation with the shipyard’s in-house team, combining extensive glazing, glass balustrades and projecting decks that shade the outdoor areas below.
The yacht measures 45.25 metres overall, with an 8.09-metre beam and approximately 420 GT of enclosed volume. Its hull and superstructure are composite, with Gulf Craft responsible for the naval architecture. The semi-displacement platform combines a relatively shallow 2.21-metre draught with twin-engine propulsion, allowing a choice between economical passage speeds and faster coastal cruising. Approximate displacement is 326 tonnes.
Accommodation is arranged for 12 guests in six cabins. The owner’s suite occupies the forward main deck, while five further guest cabins are on the lower deck. The upper deck houses the wheelhouse and captain’s cabin, and a separate sun deck adds another outdoor leisure level. The accommodation specification provides for nine crew, making this a professionally operated yacht rather than an owner-driven platform.
Outdoor arrangements are central to the design. The beach club incorporates folding terraces and a hydraulic Transformer platform, increasing its footprint by more than 40 percent when deployed. The first yacht combines two infinity-style pools with an infrared sauna and an upper-deck gym. Floor-to-ceiling glazing connects the interior lounges visually with the surrounding decks, while the extended upper structures provide sheltered seating areas.
Twin MTU 16V 2000 diesels rated at 2,400 hp each provide 4,800 hp in total. The performance specification reaches approximately 22 knots, with a long-distance range of about 4,000 nautical miles at 11–12 knots. Fuel capacity is 40,000 litres and freshwater capacity is 7,500 litres. Two 99 kW generators supply onboard electrical power, and active fin stabilisers operate both underway and at anchor.
The Majesty 145 is a semi-custom platform, with alternative arrangements available for the stern, bow and upper decks rather than a single fixed configuration. Technical equipment introduced on the first hull includes heat recovery for hot water and climate control, water-mist fire suppression, and certified lithium-battery storage and charging for water toys. Its combination of six-cabin accommodation, wellness facilities and comparatively shallow draught supports extended family cruising and access to shallower cruising grounds such as the Bahamas.
Frequent questions
The first hull had an as-reviewed price of USD 22.7 million in June 2026; this was a configured yacht price, not a confirmed standard base price. No verified pre-owned examples with public asking prices were identified, so a resale price range cannot yet be established.
With twin 2,400 hp MTU engines, the performance specification reaches approximately 22 knots. Long-distance range is approximately 4,000 nautical miles at 11–12 knots, with 40,000 litres of fuel capacity.
The Majesty 145 accommodates 12 guests in six cabins. The owner’s suite is forward on the main deck, with five additional guest cabins on the lower deck.
The yacht is configured for professional operation, with accommodation specified for nine crew. The captain’s cabin is on the upper deck beside the wheelhouse.
