Services
From finding the right yacht to running one year-round — each service handled personally, from first call to handover.
Five services, one point of contact. Whichever one you need, you deal with me directly — not with a switchboard, and not with a different account manager every six months.
What I do
Five services, and who each one is for
Buying a yacht
A shortlist built from a written brief, a straight opinion on every boat in it, then negotiation, survey and handover followed to the end.
For a first serious boat, or a fifth.
Read moreSelling your yacht
A proper video tour, an honest listing, and your boat put in front of an audience that already knows boats.
For an owner who wants the boat sold, not just listed.
Read moreChartering a yacht
Boats and crews I have been aboard with, and a clear answer on what a week really costs before anything is signed.
For a week in the Mediterranean, the Caribbean or further.
Read moreManagement and charter management
Crew, maintenance, compliance, berthing and charter revenue — run for you, reported to you every month.
For an owner who would rather use the boat than run it.
Read moreRefit
Scope, yard selection, comparable quotations, site supervision and delivery, with a budget and a schedule that hold.
For a cosmetic refresh, or for a full rebuild.

How it works
How it starts, whichever service you need
You describe the project
A form, an email or a call. Ten minutes is usually enough to know whether I am the right person for it.
You get a straight answer
Within two business days: what is realistic, what it will cost, what I would do in your position — and, if the project is not for me, who to ask instead.
It is put in writing
Scope, fee and timing are written down before anything starts. No mandate is agreed on a phone call.
Why go through Rayan
Why this works
Two things make the difference, and neither of them is a slogan.
An audience that is already there
A yacht presented here is seen by people who follow boats every week. That is reach a classified listing cannot buy, and it is the reason a boat shown here moves faster.
Boats known from the inside
Filming a yacht properly means two days aboard, engine room and bilges included. After hundreds of them, you know which models age well and which ones are a list of invoices waiting to happen.
- 2 millionFollowers
- 1 billion+Views
- Hundreds of yachts visited and presented on camera.
- An international clientele, in French and in English.
- Tens of millions of euros in closed deals.
Frequent questions
Questions that come up before the first call
French and English day to day. This site is published in ten languages, and correspondence can be handled in most of them.
Mainly the Mediterranean, and anywhere a project makes it worth travelling. The clientele is international; the boats are rarely where their owners live.
On commission for a sale or a charter, and on a fee agreed in advance for management and refit supervision. Each service page states it precisely. Nothing is invoiced that was not agreed in writing first.
No. Filming is how I know boats, not a condition. A yacht can be sold or chartered without ever appearing in a video, and some owners prefer exactly that.
Within two business days, every time — including to say that a project is not for me.

A few questions, and you get a precise answer rather than a brochure.
