The controller of the data collected on this website is ASSAR GROUP LLP, reachable at contact@rayanatbyachts.com.
Data collected
Personal data is collected only through the forms on this website: your name, email address, telephone number if you choose to provide one, the nature of your project and the content of your message.
No data is collected without your knowledge, no profiling is carried out, and no data is ever sold or transferred for commercial purposes.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to answer your request and, where applicable, to follow up on the business relationship that follows from it.
The legal basis for the processing is your consent, given explicitly when you submit the form.
Retention period
Requests that lead nowhere are kept for twelve months from the last exchange, then deleted. Requests that lead to a business relationship are kept for as long as that relationship lasts, then for the statutory retention period applicable to commercial records.
Recipients
The data is accessible to Rayan ATB and, where applicable, to the people in his organisation who handle enquiries.
The transactional email service used to deliver form messages acts as a processor and does not use this data for its own purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising cookie and no advertising tracking cookie.
One functional cookie may be set: it records the language you chose, so that the language suggestion banner is not shown again. It contains a language code and nothing else, and it expires after one year.
Audience measurement, when enabled, uses a cookie-free solution that cannot identify you individually and transfers no data for advertising purposes.
On a video page, the YouTube player loads and starts automatically, so a YouTube cookie is set as soon as the page opens. Everywhere else on the site — home page, boat listings, model pages — a video is represented by a still image only, and nothing is loaded or stored unless you click.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

This website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Messages sent through the forms are transmitted encrypted and are not stored in any publicly accessible database.
